We had a baby six months ago, a kick-ass baby boy called Dexter and he's possibly my best work yet. ...new working medium? It is a strange time and I am longing to pick up a pencil again. So busy.

I've set my two ravens, mind & memory, out to bring me back something to work with. Back after a mental block that lasted a bit longer than usual I've started creating again. Ideas are teasing me. Twinkling in the corner of my periphery just enough for me to take notice and look in their direction, only to run away before I can see them, let alone catch them. Inspiration evades me. Frustrating me to the point of a strange depression-like feeling that I can't quite put my finger on or articulate... or shake off. Maybe if I sit still and pay no attention to them, they might, like mosquitoes, gather enough courage to come and take a bite. Close enough to snatch.
